The realisation of Xpotential Mining Services (XMS) is a milestone, underpinned by RES’s firm belief in the principles of ESG and the confidence that our internal skills diversity, ESG track record and industry know-how, positions us favourably as a knowledge base for best practice leading the way in solving interconnected and multi-disciplinary challenges within the modern mining ecosystem.

Xpotential Mining Services is a NEXT generation local and international service provider with expertise in ESG and Mining Engineering. The company’s niche services and bold strategies are designed to be a catalyst for change in the industry; unlocking value, enhancing operational efficiency and creating synergy. RES will provide XMS the necessary incubation facilities required to set the company up for success, laying the foundation to create South Africa’s leading mining ESG partner.
