Over time, I aquire a number emails from souls assuming that I have a magic stick - somewhat akin to a wand, which I can wave, grant wishes and mumble some arcane mythical words to solve their academic (or technical) problems.

Sadly, since the dark ages, the magic sticks have been on limited supply. Cambridge, Oxford and Hogwarts are loathe to share theirs so, we all alas will have to go without.

Yet, in spite of my witty come ironic introduction, we are in need of some modern magic sticks, to wave, cast spells and solve some of our educational problems. While one supposes, that others assume that I may have one, as we (the OU Cisco team) have been able to solve problems where others have floundered. Alas, we have only our imaginations and good ole fashioned hard graft to offer.

Maybe, the magic stick resides in the minds of the educational problem solvers - maybe, you have always had one and today is your day to wave it around (you mind that is, nothing else please).
