Requirement: Software Engineer.

Urgently in search of Software Engineer who could join immediate or ASAP with the role encompasses design, development and support on various products. This person will report directly to the Project Manager & responsible for delivery of all such enhancements and production support.

Desire candidate(s) must having Bachelor of Engineering/Technology (B.E/B.Tech)/BCA or Master of Computer Applications (MCA)/ M.Tech from an accredited institution, having consistent academic results (60% or above) from class 10 onwards along with total development and support experience between 3 years to 6 years, having done projects in a mix of desktop and web-based applications. People having some amount of support experience would be preferred.

Timing: Should be comfortable with the shift timings of (10AM – 7PM) or afternoon shift (1PM – 10 PM) and the shift timing may change depending on the business requirement.

 Desired Experience and Skills:

? Strong hands on skills on SQL Server 2012/2016, including use of analyzing and debugging tools, query optimization, transaction handling, stored procedures, triggers and views.

? Strong hands on skills on web and desktop-based applications development Vb.net, asp.net and C#.

? Exposure to AJAX and Angular JS would be added advantage.

? Familiarity with at least one source control tool like VSS, PVCS or SVN. Ability to understand the product details and handle the customer queries and issues as per established support process.

? Person is expected to understand functional requirements, develop technical design and should be able to communicate the same to the team members effectively.

? Look at the defects, issues raised and fix it within the assigned SLA. Periodically review metrics to understand gaps and ensure no repetition. Constantly equip with training, online courses to re skill and handle challenging assignments.

? Keep all the stakeholders aware of the Update on Progress, Issues, Clarifications, and Dependencies in a crisp but complete status update. Use of reusable code, contribution to the reusable code pool will be a plus.
