Today it’s me asking for your help with this survey.?Our firm clients are realizing that compensation isn’t the only factor in acquiring or retaining top talent – though we all know higher pay doesn’t hurt!?Firms are starting to throw a lot of different things against the wall to see what sticks, but I want to hear from you.?What are the things that you find most valuable in either staying at your current firm or in exploring additional opportunities?
