Requesting help....

As some of you here on LinkedIn already know, I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, class of September 1977.  I am here today asking for anyone out there who might have the original "logo" of the C.I.A. from those years prior to the change that took place in the 80s.  The logo that I graduated under was the toque (traditional French Chef's hat) and the French knife and steel.

I was very....VERY upset when the change of the logo took place to the present logo.  I felt betrayed and left to feel an outcast...dismissed.  Since the whole educational component changed right after my class graduated, now there was a change in the identification of the school overall.  Some might think that a change is not a big deal when it comes to logos, but I bet you wouldn't say that if Apple changed their logo or any other historical company....organization changed theirs.  As trivial as it may seem to some, to me that change was a real slap in the face.  I graduated from the CULINARY INSTITUTE OF AMERICA.  I specifically attended that school whose history had a purpose and meaning.  The Chef Instructors that I had been taught by, all taught under that identifying moniker. It stood for something and the crest was clearly presented to speak to what that school was.

I know that there are a lot of members of the LinkedIn society here, so if any of you who might be in possession of some type of paperwork or letter head that dons that logo, I would really truly appreciate being able to have a copy of it for my personal paperwork and history.

Thanks.
