Dear Friends,

Is there anyone who can help me find the equivalent of AFNOR NF A33-101 material? I want ASTM or DIN equivalent. I will be pretty much appreciated if you can send me the relevant standard too.

In 1991 AFNOR NF A33-101 standard superseded by CEN STANDARD (EN 10083-2), however the material is equal to ASTM- SA105 (carbon steel forgings for piping application).

The AISI equivalent of this steel is AISI 1045 (C45 Steel). Its other equivalent steels are BS 970-3-1991 080A42 OR 080A47 EN 10083-1-1991 1.1191 C45E JIS G 4051 S45C SAE & UNS 1045 & G10450.
