Social proof is such an important aspect to factor into your social media strategy. It also helps us make sure we are promoting our businesses without having to create the content ourselves, but the voices of our clients.
Testimonials from satisfied customers are an invaluable marketing tool that will add credibility, build trust, increase brand awareness and lead to more clients or customers!
Social proof in the form of testimonials and reviews can have a major impact on the buying decision of potential customers or clients, but they are more than just a review on Google or a quote on your website - share them on social media as well!
Whether the review is formal such as a Google review, Yelp review or Facebook review, or just a positive email or text message - put that feedback into a post!
To make the post more visually appealing, try creating an image with the text of the testimonial to maximize reach and engagement.
