Republicanism and the Cause of Liberty in Crisis and Emergency

The ruling elites and political Establishment set a trap for President Trump in 2020. He walked right into their trap right at the outset of COVID-19 and the 2020 Pandemic.
Donald Trump campaigned for President of the United States in 2016 with the slogan, "Make America Great Again." The United States of America was set on a course of national decline in his last year in office. He pledged to "Drain the Swamp" in 2016. The Swamp drained him out of Washington, DC in 2020.
The year 2020 started out normal. The year 2020 began with hopes, goals, and optimism for many. it seems things could not have possibly gotten worse. But, then, around March 2020, it was reported in the news of COVID-19 quickly spreading abroad across the United States and around the world. Millions or more reportedly got infected with the virus. People started panicking over COVID-19. Up to millions were reported to have died of COVID-19.
Then, the government and the CDC stepped in and got involved The World Health Organization stepped in and got involved. Acting under the direction of CDC and the World Health Organization, every level of government across the globe shut society and the economy down. Governments issued lockdowns, quarantines, and closures for all. We opened up again after two months or so. But, more mandates came down from the health experts through the government down to the people.
We were required to wear masks over mouth and nose. Then, they recommended we double mask. Then, they recommended certain masks they suggested as the best masks. We were required to practice social distancing and keep at least six feet from each other. Government restricted interstate and intrastate travel and international and intranational travel. Government placed arbitrary restrictions on social gatherings.
Then, we had President Trump in 2020. He trounced his 2020 Republican Primary opponents. The Democrats nominated former Vice President Joe Biden for President. President Trump found himself in a similar situation in 2020 as Herbert Hoover in 1932, Jimmy Carter in 1980, and George HW Bush in 1992. Similar to Hoover in 1932, Carter in 1980, and Bush in 1992; Trump similarly found himself with circumstances beyond his control. As with other unpopular incumbents, he was caught unprepared for an unforeseen crisis in 2020. He entered into panic mode and resorted to crisis management.
President Trump went from conservative to Moderate to a Rockefeller liberal Republican almost overnight. He reacted to crisis and the 2020 Pandemic and attempted to manage the crisis. He initiated the Patient Protection Program. President Trump issued stimulus checks to US citizens across the United States. Many States continued COVID payments to residents into 2023. Far from rolling government back, Trump grew and expanded government in 2020. Deficits and the US National Debt grew and expanded under President Trump in 2020.
Under pressure to do something as people panicked, President Trump initiated Operation Warpspeed to expedite vaccine developments. He cut bureaucratic red tape and removed hurdles in the haste to come out with COVID vaccines. He incentivized companies and corporations to develop their versions of the COVID vaccine. Rules and ethics were thrown out in the zeal to produce vaccines prior to election eve in President Hopes to get reelected.
They came out with the vaccine after the election. Joe Biden was elected President. President Trump and President-Elect Biden started urging people to get themselves vaccinated. Biden and Trump continued urging vaccination after the transition of power. States and local governments started limiting one's access to government and to public services based on vaccine status. Businesses started requiring those unvaccinated and those not fully vaccinated to wear masks in their establishment.
Donald Trump failed in his 2020 COVID response because he threw the Constitution of the United States out for convenience out of expediency. He stood and watched as the States and local governments ran roughshod over the Constitution, US Founding Principles, and the civil liberties of the people. He failed because he threw political principle out and compromised for mere convenience and expediency. I give a failing grade to Donald Trump overall in his single Presidential term and his handling of COVID-19. I would not give another four years to Donald Trump.
You might ask, "What would you have done different, Andrew?"
You might ask, "What would you do different in a pandemic as President of the United States, Andrew?"
What Donald Trump could have and should have done different in 2020, something I would probably do and would have probably done, was to have simply gotten rid of Dr. Fauci. He should have kept Dr. Atlas around and listened to him. I would even bring somebody like Dr Shiva Ayyadurai on board and listened to him. That's something I would do different on a practical side of things.

I would call these actions out for what they are actually as I started doing in 2020. I would have called those actors out in power or in a decision-making role out for who they are. Bad actors in positions of power did not care even one bit at all for the Constitution of the United States, US Founding Principles, and civil liberties. They do not have any regard for life, let alone for human life, viewing and treating us as the masses. The Democrats and political Establishment used COVID-19 and the Pandemic to electioneer 2020. President Trump played into their hands. Every single one of these bad actors, Donald Trump included are antirepublican. Their decisions, policies, and actions are and were antirepublican.
Here is what else I would have done different in 2020. Here is what else I would do different in a Pandemic as President of the United States. I would have acted and would act with the Constitution of the United States and US Founding Principles as my guide. I would have been guided by and would be guided by Republicanism as the political philosophy I would govern, preside, and lead with. I would only take actions and would only enact and implement policies in alignment with the Constitution of the United States and US Founding Principles. If I am uncertain, if anything seems to be in the grey area, Republicanism would be my litmus test in determining policies and actions in keeping government small and limited in preserving and restoring liberty.
We are created equal. We are endowed by the divine Creator with certain unalienable rights. These divinely bestowed unalienable rights include life, liberty, property, individuality, and the pursuit of happiness. Government is divinely instituted among the people to secure these, our divinely bestowed unalienable rights. We the People are supreme. We are sovereign. Government and political institutions are subservient to the Divine Order and subordinate to We the People.
We are divine. We are divine beings of divine origin with a divine identity. We have a divine nature and possess divine potential. Our life here on earth is a divine journey with a divine destiny to recover or divine identity and obtain a divine inheritance. Humanity was born and created for and with a divine purpose. We were each born and created for and with a unique divine purpose.
If I happened to be President of the United States in a pandemic or a national or global health crisis, I would neither seek nor attempt to tell anybody how to live their lives and look after their health. I would neither pursue nor enact a cookie cutter one-size-fits-all national healthcare policy. I would neither limit nor impose options upon the people. I would not limit public and private gatherings. I would not restrict how many are allowed to publicly and privately gather in any setting under any circumstances. I would not tell anybody what kind of mask or coverings to wear, if even to wear a mask or coverings. I would not tell people how far apart they have to be from others. I most certainly would not tell anybody to get vaccinated.
The Thirteenth Amendment abolishes slavery in the United States of America. Unfortunately, we have seen humanity being confined, constrained, and restricted across the United States and around the world in the 2020 Pandemic. Humanity was enslaved en masse in the 2020 Pandemic and thereafter. Slavery is unconstitutional and a violation of US Founding Principles. Slavery is antirepublican. If I am President of the United States in a Pandemic or in a national or global health crisis; I would neither confine, constrain, nor restrict anybody anywhere in the United States for the purpose of protecting the public health. I would neither tolerate nor condone the confinement, constraint, nor restriction of anybody anywhere around the United States or anywhere around the globe for the purpose of protecting the public health on the part of any government.
The Fourteenth Amendment prohibits the States from denying anybody of their divinely bestowed unalienable rights without due process of law. Many States and local governments denied citizens and residents of their divinely bestowed unalienable rights without due process for the purpose of protecting the public health. President Trump stood by in 2020 as States and local governments took these actions and complicitly condoned these policies and actions. A number of States and many local governments restricted and limited access to government and to public services based upon vaccine status. These policies and actions are unconstitutional and a violation of US Founding Principles. These policies and actions are antirepublican. I would oppose and counter these policies and actions as President of the United States.
Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution, what I refer to as the Republican Guarantee Clause, stipulates the US Government guarantees a republican form of government to the States, to the people. Article IV, Section 4 gives the power, prerogative, and authority to the US Government to involve itself with the States and lower levels of government to secure and ensure Republicanism for the people. The United States of America is under a modern administrative bureaucratic government. The States, Counties, and municipalities are under a modern administrative bureaucratic government. The modern administrative state is unconstitutional and antirepublican. Bureaucratic government is unconstitutional and antirepublican.
Here is finally what I would do different from President Trump and President Biden. I would take the opportunity with a pandemic or a national or global health crisis to rollback government. I would restore government to its proper role and its proper constitutional limits. I would look for ways to reduce deficits and get the United States out of debt. I would reduce the tax burden on the people and on business and simplify the tax code. I would restore Republicanism to the United States of America. Then, I would seek to promote and spread Republicanism abroad to all the earth.
A house divided against itself cannot stand. The United States of America cannot survive half slave and half free.
Humanity cannot stand with some free and the rest enslaved. Humanity cannot survive with some of us free and the rest of humanity enslaved.
"Proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof" (Leviticus 25:10).
The wrath of God is upon humanity for the slavery and involuntary servitude. The wrath of God is upon humanity because of the tyranny and despotism. Now, the scourge of God is upon us because we ceased to proclaim liberty. God visits war, famine, and pestilence upon humanity because of our collective iniquity.
