According to the introduction, the universal technology of the "Top-up" battery cell can enable the lithium iron phosphate battery to have a range of over 700 kilometers, the nickel-manganese-cobalt battery to have a range of over 1000 kilometers, and the high-nickel ternary power battery is expected to have a range of over 1200 kilometers.

It is understood that the innovative advantages of #REPT's "Top-up" technology are mainly reflected in two aspects. On the one hand, in terms of cell structure, the length of the pole ear is shortened, the connection method with the adapter is changed, and integrated welding technology is used to achieve internal integration of the cell structure. The original top space is reduced from 15 millimeters to 8 millimeters, and the space utilization rate is effectively increased by more than 7%. Because the top of the battery cell is very close to the bottom surface of the cover plate, this is one of the reasons why it is named the "Top-up" battery.

On the other hand, in terms of material system, the "Top-up" technology integrates cutting-edge technologies such as cell structure technology, process technology, equipment technology innovation, internal electrochemical characteristics, and stable solid-liquid interface, which can be applied to lithium iron phosphate and ternary lithium battery products, realizing the application of dual high electrodes and continuously enhancing the energy and safety characteristics of the battery.

It is worth mentioning that the existing cell manufacturing process and equipment are not compatible with the production of "Top-up" batteries. It is understood that REPT has extended its research and development to the field of lithium battery production equipment and developed production equipment that is compatible with "Top-up" technology and structure.
