*REPOST 4 Customer Service Problems and What You Can Do Fix it.

Customer satisfaction is the key to a successful career or business no matter the industry. However, we sometimes find ourselves at various satisfcation levels either because someone on the team dropped the ball, or we didn’t meet our client’s expectations. The key to improving low satisfaction levels is to remain on high alert for any signs, communicate regularly and solve problems as fast as we can.

Here 4 reasons you might find yourself with and unsatisfied client and what you can do to help course correct:

1.????Unmet expectations. Find out what when wrong and when. Take responsiblity, communicate where was the ball dropped and provide suggestions on how you can solve the issues.

2.????Dissatisfaction with service delivery. Get the facts from both the client and the team. Understand how to get back in line with what was agreed upon, and work with the team to come up with an actual plan. We’re a part of a team, so we need to take accountability and do our job.

3.????Something broke early on. Truth is, stuff happens. Start off with understanding what happened, apologize and work with the team to get it fixed, or come up with an alternate plan that will still satisfy the client’s requirements.?

4.????Long delays. Unfortunately, things happen at various phases of the project and most clients understand that. The key to keeping our clients satisfied is communication. Let them know what’s happening, what you’re doing to fix the issue, and provide new target dates that are reasonable.
