I recently had a reporter in Little Rock transfer to Fayetteville to gain experience as an anchor.  After a couple weeks of work, we met up and she described an extremely hard-working newsroom filled with good people who want to make a difference.   She also noted all the experience and people to learn from in the newsroom.  There are anchors with more than a decade of experience who want to see reporters grow and work with those reporters on a daily basis.  A little research will show you reporters in that newsroom have gone on to anchor in Philadelphia and New York within a few years.  Not too shabby...

State of the art! The station is a few years old and is about to get all new cameras and editing equipment.  You'll have everything you need to do your job.

The place is beautiful!  I just took my family on a drive through Fayetteville for the 4th of July.  It's an amazing place!  The area has everything from the world's largest retailer to rivers and lakes to top-notch concerts/events to an excellent local food scene.  You'll definitely enjoy your time there!
