Here is my reply to every claim in your comment:

"So lets start with Hamas, why are they not before some court for decades of crimes against humanity? Why are so few calling for the immediate release of all hostages? Why are some 10000 rockets and mortars against Israel BEFORE Oct 7th not enough to have the international community calling for Hamas to stand down and pushing for a rational solution granting independence to Palestinians and security to Israel? What is happening in Gaza is the direct result of Hamas actions, a murderous regime of thieves, liars and dictators who have brought only pain to Gaza when instead they could have upon Israel leaving in 2005, declared independence and built a nation instead of rockets and tunnels of terror

?

I’ll try to answer every single word in your comment.

“So lets start with Hamas, why are they not before some court for decades of crimes against humanity?”

The country that is occupying Gaza, the West Bank and in-between have put anyone suspected of being part of Hamas to court. Why they’re not in front of the ICJ you may ask, because they’re not a state, and the ICJ only deal with cases related to states, not militias.

?

“Why are so few calling for the immediate release of all hostages?”

Many have called for that, myself included. And actually, Hamas too! Basically Hamas, as soon as they declared they took hostages offer a deal to Israel: your hostage for our hostages. Israel refused.

?

“Why are some 10000 rockets and mortars against Israel BEFORE Oct 7th not enough to have the international community calling for Hamas to stand down and pushing for a rational solution granting independence to Palestinians and security to Israel?”

Let’s break this down. First of all, Hamas “rocket” are nothing like Israel rockets. Hamas rockets are home-made, with no steering way, with no range really, they don’t drop form planes and they’re not shoot from tanks. Those 10000 rockets by the way killed 33 people since Hamas started using them in 2001.

You think the international community didn’t do anything about it? You should read every single condemning statement that was released. Hamas is recognized as a terrorist group because of that. Its leaders can’t travel as they’ll be handed to Israel. All of this and you think the international community didn’t do enough against Hamas?

Then the last part of your comment: pushing for rational solution granting independence to Palestinians and security to Israel. Oh man, so many books have been written on this sentence. Since the creation of Israel until now, there was only one Israeli prime minster that wanted that. Every other prime minster before him denied that there are Palestinian nation, and everyone after him did their best (and said it proudly like the current one) that they will do their best so there will not be a Palestinian state.

“What is happening in Gaza is the direct result of Hamas actions, a murderous regime of thieves, liars and dictators who have brought only pain to Gaza when instead they could have upon Israel leaving in 2005, declared independence and built a nation instead of rockets and tunnels of terror”

What’s happening in Gaza is what the Israelis are doing. If your logic is to punish a civilian population due to the acts of what you yourself call dictator regime that’s madness. With the same logic, Palestinians should bomb Israel to the core and kill every single person because of what the settlers are doing in the West Bank.

And you made me smile reading “upon Israel leaving in 2005”. Have you heard about the siege on Gaza? Imagine if I was occupying your house, then I “left” and was at the door with my gun, controlling everything and person leaving and entering. Is that leaving? Fishermen in Gaza couldn’t even fish since 2006 as they get shot if they go few kilometers into the sea. Did you know that Israel forbid even wedding dresses, chocolate and many other items from entering Gaza? Israel doesn’t even allow transfer of WATER from the West Bank to Gaza and you think they can build a nation.

?

And here to your second comment:

“I will give you ONE answer Justice is equality”

I fully agree that justice is equality, in fact, that's exactly what Palestinians want, nothing more and nothing less - equality. I invited you to read my article on this.

?

“if you want to complain about Israel's response, then you must also apply no less standard to the Hamas terror regime”

I find the word “complain” a light word compared to the figures I wrote in the post. Complain is a word the Israelis can use as they “complain” the flights became expensive, while they’re sitting in cafes and enjoying a walk on the beach. Just call an Israeli friend and ask them to film what they see around them. Then type in google (because I assume you can’t call a friend in Gaza) and see what they see around them. They “complain” from starvation by the Israelis.

Back to your comment, equality is not comparing Israel to Hamas. Israel is a state, a country that have army, economy, signed treaties and much more. Hamas is a militia ruling 370 square meters. Do you know how big is Hamas, according to Israel? 30,000 people. how many people in Gaza? 2.3 million. Hamas is 0.0013% of Gaza population.

If you talk about morality, sure both should be put to the same standards. I don’t condemn Israel and say what Hamas did was great. Of course I condemn Hamas and the harm of civilians. and this is exactly my problem with Israels and people pro-Israel; it seems that they can condemn only Hamas. There is inability to condemn the crimes Israel committing. Can you condemn Israel as well? I hope you can, because otherwise that "equality" you talked about comparing Hamas and Israel and putting them to the same standers seems to work only in one direction.
