Replacing vulnerable with valuable

These icy pictures illustrate how hard some beings work, unnoticed most of the time, yet in certain circumstances, their industry becomes clearer. There's a lot going on behind the scenes at our place too.

We’ve realised we need to tell you more about successes we’ve achieved for clients. We’re going to correct that here as well as keeping you up to date with the “good news” projects that we’re involved in. One such story is Martin Stamper and Bradly Sinden, we tell you more about the Silver medal at the World Taekwondo Championship below.

A few years ago, we helped a client make a claim when a supplier had contaminated their product.

The claim cost ￡81,000 to resolve because the product had already been used by the end client and contaminated their premises.

Last week, they introduced us to another fast growing company who we have now helped land a ￡2 million contract with Boots, who have stores all over the UK and further afield.

Another client won a 3 year contract with BT, adding 20% to their bottom line, whilst another added 15% to their pool of talent citing “employee benefits” we helped them with as a major reason for them joining.

Meanwhile, another client has won a multi million design project in London, which doubled their annual fee income.

Other noteworthy wins (that still make a big difference) are our claims handlers making sure that insurers don’t “give up” when dealing with losses caused by third parties.

Insurers often try and “settle” too early, yet our Lisa was insistent and the 100% recovery means that our clients premiums will remain unaffected for years to come.

Finishing on a high, a big shout out to Martin Stamper and Bradly Sinden who we are proud to support.

Martin trains World Taekwondo Champion Bradly, who at only 24 years old has successfully won silver at the World Taekwondo championships in Guadalajara. Bradly went on to nail new performance targets, win all 5 fights and win Gold in Instanbul.
