Replace your Controls or your Protection
Is it possible that apples and oranges do have a comparison after all?
Example: It has been said that The Pharmaceutical industry will never come up with a cure for certain diseases because they make so much money treating them. Well is it possible the same could apply in industrial Manufacturing? SPDs do not solve the transient issue and can actually fail catastrophically , they only apply a bandage or temporary limiting device that wears out and at that point the systems you are attempting to protect are damaged and eventually fail and need to be replaced usually produced by the same manufacturers that sold you the SPDs.
With all the billions of dollars made replacing damaged equipment one could ask, why eliminate the problem? Though we doubt this is intentional in industry, it is a fact the cause and effect stated above does happen. The fact is that SPDs are not able to operate at the speed of current flow and that is the only way to stop transient over-voltage from causing damage.
At Applied Energy LLC we make the only product that does end transient created damage because it operates at the speed of light, being electro-magnetic therefore the problem is eliminated permanently.
It’s simple, continue to replace costly Programmable Logic Controllers, Variable Speed Drives, Power Supplies, Human Machine Interfaces, Motors and the SPDs that are supposed to prevent the damage to the listed products or install the Phaseback VSGR, end the damage, increase up time, improve energy efficiency and return the dollars saved to the company’s bottom line year after year.
