Repeating success is not a coincidence

Putting down a longtime favorite once could be a coincidence. But the Dr.Max Pharmacy chain succeeded to win the title of absolute winner in the Mastercard Merchant of the Year competition for the second time in a row, after many years of dominance by the Sweden’s giant Ikea, the world’s biggest furniture retailer. Among other criteria, the highest customer confidence index decided on the winner, as in the previous year. Mastercard Merchant of the Year is one of the most prestigious awards of its kind. This year, the results were announced for the nineteenth time.
