...Continued from the title...When you think about this idea..."Where my Awareness Goes...My Energy Flows"....and consider where your mind takes you for a lot of your time. Are you thinking about what's missing or what you wish you had...are you always aware of not having enough money or enough time for the things you want or the things you want to do?

When we spend our awareness on all that's missing in our lives, we miss out on opportunities...moments during which we might experience greater love...a greater sense of connection to the world around us...to our family...to our loved ones...to our friends...and, in our bliss...When we allow our minds and thoughts to center on a lament about what we don't have, we limit the flow of possibilities flowing to us...
When our awareness is centered on what's missing, our energy goes towards the lack...the scarcity that we feel...not towards the having of what we want...Our minds and our energy will, instead, center on maintaining the need to miss it...the feeling of not having whatever it is...because that is where our awareness is focused.
To reverse this, we must turn our attention to feeling the feelings of having that which we desire...and having those feelings now. When we want a feeling of abundance to come from something we don't yet have, we must exercise the power of our imagination...
...and begin feeling what it will feel like when we have achieved that thing or won that person's heart...feel those feelings now...in our imagination...whatever that thing that's missing...we must begin to imagine what having it feels like and lean into that.

Tease your mind into feeling the joy of meeting that perfect mate...or what being offered that ideal job will feel like...or dancing just the way you want to dance at your wedding...play with your mind and your mind and your life will play back.
If you are having difficulty and this seems to 'woo-woo', why not start of on something small...something easy....like maybe finding the perfect dress for an upcoming event or maybe having a conversation with someone you've been missing....try this trick! Try thinking of them and the times you've had with them...laughing...having fun...or whatever it is you did with them that always felt so amazing and free...go there with your imagination...play with it...look at pictures...listen to music that helps you remember the feelings...keep doing it...even if it's in the back of your mind during your day...just let it float there, feeling good, in your imagination...
and see what happens...give it time. Enjoy the process.
This works. This works with everything.
What also works is remaining in the lack of what you're missing. You don't have to try that out...You've been studying the not having of it, and...Based on the results you've gotten, if you don't have something you've wanted for a long time, you already know how to keep it at bay...so now, what if it's time to try another path? Come at it from a different angle?
Only you can say if it's time to try something different. So...what's it going to be? Are you going to give this supposedly 'woo-woo' feel-the-feelings-of-having-what-you-dream-of-now-as-if-you-already-have-it a shot?
Can't hurt, can it! And it might just work. Focused on the not having has worked to make sure you never have the thing you want...so maybe...just maybe..it's time to focus on the having of it. Feeling those feelings, now. Stretch your imagination.
Play with it. Have fun. Feel good. Dare life!
