Renowned Brazilian Neurosurgeon Dr. Marcos Wagner Visits Victor Hospital for Collaborative Exchange

Victor Hospital, Goa, recently hosted Dr. Marcos Wagner De Sousa Porto, President of N20 Brazil and representative of the Brazilian Society of Neurosurgery, who serves as a Neurosurgeon at Antonio Targino Hospital, for an international neurosurgery exchange. Dr. Wagner observed neurosurgeries led by Dr. Antonio Figueiredo, Consultant Neuro & Spine Surgeon at Victor Hospitaland explored opportunities for future collaboration between the hospital and Brazil.

?During his visit, Mrs. Slyvia Albuquerque, Chairperson and Managing Director, Ms. Roana Costa, Executive Director, and Mr. Murali Rao, Chief Executive Officer of Victor Hospital, along with consultants, interacted with Dr. Wagner to discuss avenues for strengthening ties and sharing expertise.

?Dr. Wagner closely observed complex surgical procedures alongside Dr. Figueiredo and participated in discussions on advanced neurosurgical techniques. He expressed admiration for the variety and quality of neurosurgical cases handled at Victor Hospital, as well as the use of state-of-the-art equipment such as neuronavigation and intraoperative ultrasound.
