We are completing a shell renovation at 2501 West 7th in Fort Worth.  What was previously a Caliber Collision location will now be a grocery store, a medical office, and additional space to lease.

We demolished part of the 32,000 SF structure, re-built walls, added new exterior walls, a roof, and a walkway with canopies.  We are nearing completion on our portion of the work with only touch-ups and paving yet to be completed. 

We would like to welcome Natural Grocers as well as MedSpring Urgent Care to the West 7th neighborhood!
