As an Employee Benefit Agent, what is your number one issue?? There are several from which to choose; Claims –that's really just part of the business, Billing, Carrier Service, all issues we must deal with, but they are not normally ‘deal breakers.’

Mine, and probably your major issue is renewals!? Especially the 10%-15% trend increases given to ‘good’ groups. Your clients are upset and want change, even though the BUCA’s are all within pennies of each other, we can only recycle them so often.

Your customer’s chief concern is cost. They cannot and will not sustain unjustified annual increases and we certainly don’t want them shopping agents!
