Renewal Health Group is excited to announce the appointment of Marlon Rollins, PhD as Chief Operating Officer and President of Addiction Services.

Renewal is thrilled to welcome Dr. Rollins into this newly created role in which he will oversee the ongoing success and support of employees and clients. He comes to Renewal Health Group with over 15 years experience in mental healthcare and addiction treatment. He is a published author, a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), and a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC). He holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology?and a?PhD in Educational Psychology from?Ball State University,

Dr. Rollins’ primary responsibility will be to assess operations at Renewal’s facilities from both the employees' and the clients’ perspectives. As both an administrator and therapist, he will be using Lean Six Sigma principles to inform process improvement. Coming from a clinical background and years of managerial oversight, he has an inside view into the pressures and stresses on employees.?According to Dr. Rollins, “As a practitioner you realize how important creating a therapeutic bond is to improving relationships, between patient and therapist, and the same is true between employees.”?He hopes to enhance the culture in which everyone feels that they are supported in living out the values of empathy, authenticity and purpose that Renewal champions.

Recognizing the challenges associated with expanding the number of treatment facilities, while maintaining and developing a cohesive company culture, Dr. Rollins looks forward to implementing innovative strategies that complement the strong foundation Renewal has built.
