Rendr adds integration with Australia Post
We are extremely excited to announce that Rendr has partnered with Australia Post to provide merchants around the nation an all encompassing solution to simplify their logistics operations and processes. The partnership aims to further provide merchants with an orchestrated solution to address the ever demanding needs of customers.
Through this collaboration, we have integrated a range of Australia Post services to further accelerate the breadth of providers on their fulfilment engine, using data and carrier specialisation parameters to extend the delivery capabilities of merchants whilst ensuring customers are given an enhanced delivery experience.?
The services integrated through this partnership include eParcel, StarTrack Premium & Express, Australia Post Same Day and StarTrack Couriers.
With these Australia Post services now embedded into our carrier agnostic fulfilment engine, merchants will have access to the largest suite of on-demand carriers, allowing customers to have their orders delivered in a matter of minutes, same day, scheduled or overnight.
Merchants can now also take advantage of our end-to-end delivery management solution, utilising the platform as an all in one fulfilment management tool to service all deliveries, including Standard, Express, On Demand & Same Day.

Merchants simply utilise the Rendr platform via our extensive eCommerce plugins or integrations, Portal, or API, defining the requirements of a delivery, including address details, desired collection time or special delivery requirements (i.e for alcohol and prescription medication), to which Rendr will calculate the most suitable delivery methods based on historical performance, carrier availability, and a range of complex data-points to give merchants simple, consolidated delivery options.
Rendr CEO, Sonney Roth said consumers are continuing to demand more choice and convenience when it comes to delivery, with merchants investing heavily in advancements to customer experience such as providing multiple and faster delivery options on checkout, as well as diversifying their risk when it comes to carrier reliance.
“When customers demand convenience, merchants listen and begin to adapt and evolve their processes and capabilities to meet these needs”.
