Render vs Reality

The term 'Rendering' is thrown around like confetti in this industry, and altho the process from concept to construction can be miles apart, the final outcome is heavily argued from that of a visual. One thing that I always explain to my clients is that- anyone that has the ability to produce these wonderful visuals can actually be far from the truth due too circumstance, financially or discrepancy on site later down the line. The whole process needs to be in sync in order for it to run smoothly.

We don't produce visuals to create a reaction only to pull the rug from under the clients feet- We are real- a few minor changes on site on handover, but every build has issues that need to be resolved. Depending on the set back, it was my job as a designer to honor that vision.

The success of this design has been purely down to the client/ designer relationship. Having so many site meetings were not just about floor plans & layouts, it was about the overall vision & the dynamics of my vision from the offset.

I can honestly say that this project has been a absolute dream.
