It is a common practice to propose an architectural project with 3D visualization works. Although the journey from an initial concept to a tangible structure is a fascinating one, it is always a challenge for architects and designers to communicate their ideas to the audience. Architects translate visions into blueprints, and construction crews breathe life into those plans. But what bridges the gap between the initial concept and the finished structure? This is where the power of architectural visualization comes into play. As a professional architectural 3D rendering studio, we collaborate with architects and designers to translate their ideas into captivating visuals. Now, we’re proud to introduce 9 of them. These projects vary in type and location, but you can see the how the 3D vision recreate the reality in advance! Let’s started!
9 Architectural Projects: 3D Renders vs. Reality
?
Now, let’s witness the transformative power of 3D architectural rendering firsthand. Here are eight of our projects, where the rendered visions have materialized into awe-inspiring structures:
?
– East House in New York
Nestled between two existing residential structures, East House is a multi-story office building on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. Its design harmonizes with the surrounding environment, a vibrant, youthful neighborhood. The incredible glass fa?ades offer upper floor tenants stunning views of the adjacent park. What’s more, a gap between East House and the one to the west creates a distinct architectural feature and a tranquil retreat from the busy New York streets.
Our 3D artists used grey masses to represent the surrounding structures in order to emphasize the main building.
?
– Warren Street Hotel in New York
Warren Street Hotel is an 11-story building in Tribeca, New York City, US. The entire main elevation of the building is adorned with oversized warehouse-style windows. These windows are framed by a decorative grid of steel beams and columns, which in turn enhance the industrial look. Additionally, the design incorporates a vibrant cyan color on the lower levels and uses yellow paneling around the mechanical bulkhead. Besides, the empty eastern party wall is equipped with a yellow rain screen system that matches the bulkhead.
In our render, the hotel’s blue structure pops nicely with the red brick, showing respecting context while still standing out.
?
– Sweeney Residence in United States
This elegant residence sits somewhere in the United States. Nestled on a unique peninsula, the architecture maximizes lake views from every angle. Generous windows on both the front and rear elevations fill the home with natural light, offering sweeping views of the water. To support the home owner’s vision, the architect used clean lines and natural materials to emphasize on the communication with natural environment.
?
– Fenix Furano Hotel in Japan
Located at the edge between the city and the mountain, Fenix Furano Hotel is the second largest ski resort in Japan. The fa?ades uses Hokkaido’s Karakami wood, covering the reinforced concrete structure with warm wood and arranging layers of wooden louvers to resemble the forest #landscape, creating shadows with soft sunlight. At night, the upper lights illuminate the wooden louvers, and the shadows projected onto the balcony’s eaves spread like branches.
Our visuals introduce this hotel in snowy and night mood.

– Naladhu Island in Maldives
3D Render by AIMIR CG (left two) vs. the built structure (right two).
Naladhu Island is the ultimate destination for ocean getaway. Not far from the main land, Naladhu Island is a private island with 20 vacation houses. The architect designed these villas to harmonize with the island’s natural beauty. These overwater retreats boast panoramic views of the endless ocean, best enjoyed from the private infinity pool or the sundeck that extends directly over the azure waves.
According to the architect, this project aimed to showcase the renovated island. Both exterior and interior 3D renderings were created for this project.
