■ The Hofmann dealer group has seven locations in central and southern Bavaria

■ HWGroup will launch a new corporate identity in the market. Hofmann Automobile will replace the national name and the Autohaus Hofmann designation for regional branches. This renaming aims to establish a "distinctive company profile." The East Bavaria Used Car Center will also undergo a name change.

■ Alongside the new branding, Hofmann Automobile intends to differentiate itself with "newly defined principles and sharpened brand values." This initiative is in response to the evolving demands in the automotive industry. Florian Hofmann states, "Our new values strengthen team spirit and ensure we continue offering the best possible customer experience. We aim to do more than sell cars; we create real added value and remain dedicated, efficient, and attentive to our customers."

■ One of the most noticeable changes will be the new, deliberately minimalist logo and the unified company name, Hofmann Automobile. This rebranding also includes renaming the used car center in eastern Bavaria, which will now be known as Hofmann Automobile East Bavaria. The goal of the new brand is to foster a consistent and strong corporate culture, giving Hofmann Automobile a distinctive profile that sets it apart from competitors and appeals to both customers and potential employees. The new branding is also intended to enhance team spirit and strengthen employees' identification with the company, ultimately leading to an improved customer experience.

■ Kerstin Bacher, Managing Director and Head of Human Resources and Legal, outlined her expectations for the new identity, emphasising the importance of shared values and goals across all locations and employees.

■ Bacher took over the role of commercial managing director as part of several personnel changes at the management level on July 1 of this year. Concurrently, Marco Pfündl was appointed to manage the aftersales division for all BMW dealerships in the group, while co-owner Walter Hofmann stepped down from his operational role as Managing Director of Autohaus Hofmann GmbH as planned. Since then, his son Florian has assumed responsibility for the entire operational area.
