Removing Negativity

Few days back I was going through one of the videos which focused on "removing toxicity". Every day we come across various things which can either makes us happy or makes us sad. Feeling of happiness turns out to be the best moment of our life, on the contrary feeling of sadness fills our mind with negative energy but if we ask ourselves is it really worth to be sad for real long and not enjoying the other part of the day.
Human is full of emotions: sad, happy, anger but how long can we take it. We as millennials tend to forget happiness in a jiffy however we hold onto negativity for long. Its ok to feel negative but is is very important to realize to get away with that feeling very soon.
If you are feeling negative, take a deep breath, write your negative thoughts on a piece of paper and burn it away......do not hold it for so long because if you hold it , eventually you will get hurt. A simple glass of warm water may not hurt you but if it is clinged for long it may damage your skin so think before piling up your negative emotions.
