Removing an Item from your Credit Report
It is common for Canadians to apply for a loan or credit and learn that they will not be approved unless an item that appears on their credit report is either paid or removed. In many instances, this account should have been removed from an individual's credit report because it can no longer legally appear on the person's credit report.
I recently published an article titled "How to Remove an Item From Your Credit Report" on the Debt Coach Silverthorn website, debtcoachsilverthorn.ca. Here is the link to this article.
This evening our firm also published a YouTube video titled "How to Remove an Item From Your Credit Report".
In this YouTube video former collection agency lawyer and author Mark Silverthorn explains how to remove an account from your credit report that should no longer be there.
