Remote Workstation Setup, Plus Resources to Get Started

I'm a nerd ?? when it comes to workspaces. One of my favorite authors, Cal Newport (author of Deep Work ??), recommends investing heavily in a workspace that motivates you to do work.

Matt Dancho, the creator of Business Science University (an online education platform for #datascience and #analytics), is another proponent of investing in your workspace.

This 'very-brief' article is to share resources that might inspire others to setup (or upgrade) their workstations in a way that's conducive to Deep Work and Productivity.

My goal is not to go into detail, but instead provide links to the resources I've found most useful for getting a workstation setup quickly and efficiently.

The image below is my current setup. It wasn't cheap, but worth every penny; for those on a budget, get creative with your setup. Links to key-pieces below image.

2. HP LED 23.8" Monitors (highly reccomend b/c of the clean edges)
3. Dual Monitor Arms (a must, esp. if you love clean/clear workspace)
4. Laptop Stand (many options, I like this one for MacBooks)
5. Bose QuitComfort 35 II Headphones (a must if you are in a distracting env.)
