How does the e-WorkPermit look like?

An electronic work permit, although it shortens the process of creating the whole document several times, contains several times more information than paper permits, which took from several pages. All basic data are:

• Company name, location of the workplace, description, data of the ordering party, order number.
• List of employees implementing the project.
• List of permits for particularly dangerous works.
• List of risk factors connected with the conducted work.

Additional data that the e-WorkPermit contains:

• Electronic signatures of employees and validators.
• Total working time of all employees during project implementation.
• Photos from the workplace taken before opening each permit for particularly hazardous work.

Verification of the workplace is a process on which the work safety of both the employees of the external company and those performing official activities in the vicinity of this location depends. By carrying out this process remotely in InnerWeb?, you only need to have your mobile device or computer with network access.

An external company wishing to obtain permission to open an e-permit for particularly dangerous work prepares the workplace, the necessary equipment and the employees who will perform the work. After sending the application they wait for the verification of the workplace.

The verifier connects through our software with an employee of an external company. He has a real-time view from the camera to the workplace, equipment and employees. He gives instructions to the employee applying for permission, so he can virtually bypass the workplace and take a close look at anything that could be a threat. During the virtual approval process, the verifier attaches several photographs from the workplace, which are attached to the permission. After the electronic signature, an outside company obtains permission to carry out the work and InnerWeb? monitors these employees in the workplace, alerting them if any existing presence or surveillance requirements are breached.

Monitoring the movement of facilities and employees in the system is also very valuable information on the basis of which it is possible to determine the exact location of the employee. This allows for the analysis and optimization of processes that require organizational and logistical tasks.

From my own experience, I can catch myself doing certain activities and movements unnecessarily. Sometimes it is a big waste. After all, it is enough to move certain objects or tools, which are often used to a place located closer - more strategically. This will save time not only for me but also for all other employees in the future.

By observing the global movements of employees, it is possible to determine exactly how much it costs an industrial plant to locate a smoking area or a canteen or toilet. Optimization of work ergonomics should cover not only the production line and process, but also all processes related to the natural human physiology. 

Storing all necessary data in a secure cloud is a key direction for further development of enterprise management systems. Mobility and fast access to data is a key aspect that determines the future of any company.
