Increase Productivity | Stay Organized | Brighten Up Your Space
Having more than one monitor provides the ability to focus on the task at hand with minimize interruption, increase productivity, and brightens up the space.
One of the primary monitors can be used for Collaboration Tools (Webex Teams, MSFT Teams, Zoom, Avaya, RingCentral, Ect.) and Social Media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Ect.). This prevents the need to constantly stop what you are doing to check messages. This monitor is best for your USB Webcam and will be lower and slightly turned to provide the best angle for #VideoConferencing. (In case you are OCD and couldn't understand why they aren't all aligned or at the same height)
By using the smallest laptop monitor for Email, it helps to keep the inbox accessible. This will be a busy screen itself. Size doesn't really matter for email.
The third monitor could be used for the active Cloud/SaaS access, Web Searching, Document Editing, Ect. This would be considered the "primary" monitor, which will be the busiest of all.
When fully immersed in data analytics, reporting, financial analysis, contracting development, or anything that requires multiple views; Just spread the workload over the top of all monitors to have the information available for reference.
We have a lot of information at our fingertips. Staying organized is key. Keep a clean desktop. Close the docs or windows when complete.
NOTE: The photo across my three monitors is from a business trip of the San Francisco Area Shoreline. An unbelievable view (that is one pano photo)!
How many monitors does it take to keep you sane?
This is my personal experience.

4 年I’ve been kicked out of my office so no monitors at the moment equaling less efficiencies. I’d vote 2 monitors and the Pro.
