There would be no work, without the people to do it.
Even though Remote Work is delivered via devices, software and a reliable internet connection, without the people to do the work, there would be no work delivered.

When Remote Organisations hire across borders and regions, we create diverse teams across geographies, opening up the opportunity to cultivate global participation and community in our teams.
Geographic Diversity in Remote Operations, is a huge benefit to modern-thinking organisations. But how do leaders foster participation, engagement and community in those diverse teams, to ensure inclusion and equity?
Join me and the panel of seasoned experts Lauren Pasquarella Daley, PhD , Siobhan Sweeney - (She/Her) and Shana Sumers for the first SafetyWing sponsored webinar of 2024 on "Cultivating global participation and community in borderless teams", covering key topics, including:
?? Embracing Diversity, Building Unity: Practical approaches that celebrate diversity while building a unified global community within your distributed team.
?? Innovative Community-Building Tactics: Explore creative strategies for nurturing a sense of belonging and active participation in the virtual space, promoting a vibrant and engaged global community.

Let's keep the focus on a human-centered and people powered Future Of Work. Technology has always been the enabler. Tech tools are just that, tools to support our work. People centered skills development is just that, focused on the people who actually organise, do and deliver the work.
?? Here's to a wonderful 2024, with beautiful, smart and compassionate humans beings at the core of it all.
?? May the road rise to meet you, Best wishes, Ro
