Hybrid work for innovation
We are employing a hybrid work model. There will be no mandated number of days in the office but we estimate an average of two days per week. The office is a tool just like any other, allowing for collaboration or focused work for those who find they work better at the office than home. For example, there may be several weeks in a row when you are doing focused work followed by a week where you need to come in every day to tackle a hard problem.

With this work schedule, we expect everyone to live within commuting distance of the office so you are uninhibited in coming in to collaborate.?
Office location
We have positioned the office in lower Manhattan right near the freedom tower. It is the most versatile transport hub in New York, a short commuting distance to all 5 boroughs of New York City, Long Island, New Jersey, and Westchester. This location serves as a constant reminder of why we do what we do and there are first responder events here throughout the year that we participate in. It also offers a phenomenal quality of life, with access to waterfront, parks, food and EMS stations.
