U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders only.

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and ServiceNow Administrator.
• ServiceNow Developer and ServiceNow Administrator certifications are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure or experience with IDAM systems, preferably Saviynt.
• Experience with Hashicorp, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or other similar IDAM systems is also beneficial.

Opportunity Overview:

• We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Security/Automation Engineer to join our client's team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting ServiceNow workflows, scoped applications, and out-of-the-box adapters.
• This role requires strong expertise in ServiceNow development and administration, as well as the ability to create custom ServiceNow tables and queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support ServiceNow workflows and applications.
• Build custom ServiceNow tables and queries to support workflows and applications.
• Collaborate within an agile team, including Scrum Masters, Agile Product Owners, Product Delivery Managers, and business stakeholders.
• Create automations to enhance the end-user experience and operational efficiency by eliminating manual processes.
• Work independently to meet acceptance criteria, design as needed, follow defined standards, and document results and status.
• Deliver high-quality work free of defects in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels within the organization.

Project Details:
