Job Description:

• Business/Project Goals:

• Sitecore?Technical Lead with strong experience building out?Sitecore?XP (Experience Platform) 10.2, SOLR Cloud, and EXM production environments.

• Experience configuring Analytics DB (xDB) and?Sitecore?app configurations

• Should be able to hit the ground running with little support from the team

• Upgrade the public-facing web platform from?Sitecore?XP?10.2 to?Sitecore?XP 10.4

• Develop Personalization features and enhance?Sitecore?EXM implementation.

• Required and Desired Experience/Skills

• Passionate?Sitecore?Developer?with?at least 10+?years?of hands-on experience configuring and deploying production web applications.

• Experience with?Sitecore?XP 10 and SOLR Production infrastructure tuning.

• Significant, demonstrated experience and expertise in the following technologies:

• Sitecore?Helix pattern

• ASP.NET?MVC/Web API

• Object-oriented/architectural design patterns

• Infrastructure Design and DevOps

• Git and Gitflow

• Understanding of the digital marketing capabilities of?Sitecore?and best practices for customization and implementation

• Knowledge of modern technologies and software development practices and patterns

• Sitecore?certification is a plus

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Flexible to new situations and challenges
