- Work Arrangement: This is a remote role with occasional visits to the client office as needed.
As a Senior Automation Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement best practices for automation development.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and processes using various automation tools.
- Gather requirements and identify automation opportunities with cross-functional teams.
- Implement best practices for automation development, ensuring high-quality code standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automated processes and systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, actively seeking to learn new tools and frameworks.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Document automation processes and maintain technical documentation for reference and training.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on automation methodologies.
- Proven experience in automation development with tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Pega, Appian).
- Basic programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies (Pega, Appian, Salesforce, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their automation capabilities.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Previous experience in a role focused on RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
- Certifications in relevant technologies or automation tools.
