After the initial five-week transformation, we faced a new set of challenges in wrapping up the project from afar and finding the perfect agent to showcase this stunning home.
Overcoming Distance
Despite being based in Boise, we made frequent trips to Lewiston, ensuring the project stayed on track and supporting our dedicated crew.
Each visit brought new decisions and unexpected hurdles, testing our communication and problem-solving skills.
The Agent Search
Finding a local agent who understood the unique appeal of this revitalized home proved crucial.
We sought someone who could capture the essence of the transformation and connect with potential buyers in the Lewiston market.
The Reveal: A Living Room Metamorphosis
The final result exceeded even our own expectations.

The living room, in particular, underwent a jaw-dropping transformation.

We removed an entire floating wall and the carpeted trim (yes, you read that right!) that adorned the first floor, creating an open, inviting space filled with natural light.
Paranormal Encounters?
Amidst the excitement of the project's completion, we also encountered a few unexplained phenomena on-site.
Strange noises, flickering lights, and an overall eerie feeling left us wondering if we had some unexpected company.
