Recently, Ditstek Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (DITS) developed a HIPAA-compliant SAAS-based Remote Patient Monitoring System (RPMS) for one of our US-based clients. The platform is designed to help doctors, clinicians, hospitals, or healthcare service networks to monitor their patients remotely and respond proactively to their needs.

We implemented Vue.js (front end) and Laravel (back end) technologies to build a single platform that facilitates custom workflow focusing on different healthcare segments.?

The application on iOS and Android devices seamlessly integrates with a variety of EMRs, enabling the care coordinators to access critical patient data for analysis.

It keeps track of patients’ vitals, and care plans and stratifies patients for potential health risks, allowing the care team to coordinate with those who need immediate attention and prevent emergency hospital visits or re-hospitalizations.
