Learning new material can be boring at times, but her videos keep you engaged and wanting to learn more. ?**** Please note: Makenzie took the UR-101 course which is Utilization Review but ended up landing a job as Case Manager. She was so happy that they recognized her training in UR-101 and her past clinical experience from Peds, BH, and NICU to transform into a BH Case Manager for Adults.
