Job Summary: As a Business Analyst with Data Warehousing experience in S4 HANA, you will play a pivotal role in understanding and translating business requirements into actionable insights and data solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, design data models, and contribute to the implementation and enhancement of data warehousing solutions. Your expertise in S4 HANA will be crucial to optimize data structures and support the company's data-driven decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

·????????Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and IT teams to gather and understand business requirements related to data warehousing in the context of S4 HANA.

·????????Analyze, design, and document data models, data flows, and data integration processes for S4 HANA data environments.

·????????Work with data engineers to define and execute data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for data warehousing.

·????????Conduct data profiling and quality assessments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

·????????Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including data dictionaries, technical specifications, and process workflows.

·????????Facilitate data validation and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure data integrity and alignment with business requirements.

·????????Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot data-related issues and provide recommendations for resolution.

·????????Monitor data warehouse performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure optimal data processing.

·????????Provide end-user support, training, and assistance in understanding data and utilizing data warehousing tools effectively.

·????????Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in data warehousing, particularly in the context of S4 HANA.

Requirements:

·????????Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

·????????Proven work experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on data warehousing and proficiency in S4 HANA.

·????????Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes.

·????????Experience with SAP S4 HANA and its data structures, including tables, CDS views, and data extraction methods.

·????????Familiarity with data warehousing tools and technologies, such as SAP BW, SAP Data Services, or similar platforms.

·????????Ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into functional data solutions.

·????????Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities.

·????????Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·????????Proven track record of delivering data warehousing projects on time and within budget.

·????????Remote work experience or the ability to work independently in a virtual team setting.
