Emily van Eyssen this is very insightful. The use of the Google workplace is also a good idea. Daily video call check-ins (15 to 30 minutes max depending on team size) to replicate an office setting "having coffee in the kitchen and chatting, bounce ideas off your teammates, etc". In person get togethers once or twice a year, depending on team size. So many variables, but we have to think outside the box and remove the blinkers. Onboarding and training of both the employees and employer critical and the all important CSM.
