Reminders to Self - 2022

The start of a new year is the time when most resolutions are made and it is unfair to laugh at people who practice this ritual each year knowing quite well that its a hollow resolve.

The only way to accomplish a resolution is to cast it in stone and keep it in front of your eyes each day. This simple ruse is the core of Rhonda Bryne's record breaking book - The Secret.

The Year 2022 in Swan Solutions and Emqube is focussed on personal health by following 12 good habits. And to ensure that these are remembered we created a desk calendar aptly titled - Reminders to Self. The calendars have been distributed by Swan in India through a co-marketing grant by Nutanix.

I share with you the digital version of this calendar as a mp4 for you to download and keep it on your phone or PC. For every month we also have a wallpaper which we install as our lock-screen and startup screen to remind us to follow one of these 12 habits. We will be sharing a link each month to download it for your Windows or Mac machine.

Be With Yourself

The first good habit of the year is to Be With Yourself. It is about finding time to do your thing and do your think. It is 'Me' time where you get to introspect. Find time to shut out the worldly responsibilities and focus just on yourself. Make the time to do things that you can enjoy alone or with others that share the same passion. This is the time away from work and family. If you have not being done, please start today. Each week set aside time that is yours, and yours alone. You decide with whom you spend it and how you spend it.
