A Reminder to my fellow Entrepreneurs

"Growth is uncomfortable because you have never been here before - you've never been this version of you. So give yourself a little grace and breath through it."

Each week I scheduled at least 1-2 calls with a new entrepreneur or my fellow entrepreneurs to provide any insight or advice that I can. I have found this calls to be beneficial for both parties, as I get to learn and gain an new understanding into their challenges and questions on entrepreneurship.

I have learned long ago, that I don't have all the answers, but I believe by building a community of peers that can come together and feel comfortable enough to be able to have a real conversation of the ups and downs of entrepreneurship to be vital.

My recent conversations led me to feeling a need to sending out a reminder to each of you traveling this road of entrepreneurship and with that is want to state the following:

I am sending positive vibes and strength to all you entrepreneurs going through a self doubt moment. I want each of you to pause, take a deep breathe in and out and look back at all that you and the team accomplished since the inception behind this vision that once was just an idea. Look back at your latest accomplishment big or small and take a moment to recognize it and celebrate! 

Yes, every accomplishment deserves a celebration and so does learning from a hurdle or even what some many consider a mistake. Both of those experiences and moments have each taught you something that has made the vision even stronger, and has helped you grow as a entrepreneur, leader and as a human. 

We all know how lonely the road can be, but the one thing is if you still have the heart and passion behind what you are doing, if you see that what you are building is moving forward (and it doesn’t matter how fast or slow just moving forward) then take this moment, accept the feeling and look at why you are being filled with self doubt and recognize it and then start looking back at your vision and your why.

This is just a feeling but this feeling can make a huge impact if you allow it to take over you. 

You truly can do anything you put your mind to, it just takes hard work, focus, commitment and believing in yourself.
