Reminder: don't grow up...

I'm interrupting today's 261 newsletter with a special reminder—don't grow up.

Let me explain:

Leading is a tough, lonely job. And we often get told that we need to "grow up" if we want to grow our business.

More rules. More protocol. More control.?

I disagree.

Renegade-Founders have a unique skill set to bring to their organizations. It's not about growing up. It's about shifting our thinking.
