Remembering Matt Craig

On Thursday, March 14th, our esteemed colleague and friend, Matthew (Matt) Craig, passed away unexpectedly.?

Matt has had a storied career over the past nearly five decades, of which the past 12 years were with TRISTAR, contributing to our business and industry in countless ways. As a Senior Vice President, Matt was integral in building our brand Nationwide.

Matt’s career started with The Home, which became part of Zurich. In turn, it spun off the claims operations to form the third-party administrator REM, which TRISTAR acquired.?Everyone who met Matt admired him - fellow team members, clients, carriers, business partners, and even competitors.? He was the guy who always had time for you, no matter the time of the day or how significant the issue was.?

TRISTAR has lost a man with a heart of gold who embraced the challenges, the heartaches, and the triumphs over the years with grace and humility. He was always there for his team, our clients, our partners, and with his family.

We will miss our good friend and will continue to shine the light on the values and compassion he brought to our company and our industry.
