Very Sadly, Dan Gipple passed away on 23rd August, 2023. He had valiantly fought a battle with cancer, always remaining positive over the last year, but has now unfortunately finally succumbed to this terrible disease. Dan leaves behind his loving wife, Cathy and two sons, Joseph and Sam, all of whom he was immensely proud of and were the lights of his life.
Dan, who was originally from the US, was a Co-Founder of Oasis Hub Ltd and of Betterpoints Ltd and a range of other successful start-ups. One thing in common with all of his start-ups is that they were, and are, making our planet a better, safer and more sustainable place and there can be no better legacy to a wonderful life.
As his fellow Co-Founder, I will miss him dearly. I will take with me through life his immense and unrelenting positive energy, his calm grace and kindness, and his sheer determination to keep moving forward. He was always willing to help people, where others may have walked away. He was a great friend.
He will be sadly missed.

1 年I am so sorry to hear this. He was just in the process of interviewing for our mentoring service, and we were so excited about the possibility of him continuing his long support of Imperial founders. What a beautiful tribute.
