If you want to be successful in SALES REMEMBER YOUR P’s & Q’s:

.... Doesn’t hurt to take CUES from KEY INFLUENCERS.

They hold the key to your ultimate success, after all!

So, what does it take to get to the top?

Distinguish yourself from the sea of many?

Be known as the Cream of the Crop as you rise to the top YEAR after long HARD YEAR!

Go back to the basics and remember to mind your P’s and Q’s!

  1.  PERSEVERANCE:

It is not a sprint it is a marathon! 

You must prepare like you are preparing to WIN the race for your life!

Slow and steady.

 Plant smart seeds.

Remember, you are in it for the long haul.

2. PURPOSE:

Why am I here?

If you don’t know, CANCEL!!!

You have one opportunity to make a good impression!

Know your GOAL!

If you don’t, go back to the drawing board.

3. PREPARE:

Know your ...

Customer

Competition

Market

Price Point

Fill in the blank

Know what THEY WANT, not what YOU THINK they WANT!

4. PLAN:

What is your Strategy?

What are your Goals?

What Actions will you need to put in place in order to succeed?

NOW DO IT!

5. PRESENTATION:

This means YOU and your goods and services. You heard me. YOU are YOUR BRAND. How you show up counts. Make a lasting impression.

6. PATIENCE:

Maybe today?

Maybe tomorrow?

Maybe next week?

You never know?

Keep planting those seeds.

Wait for the magic!

7. PEOPLE:

Know who the Gatekeepers are!

I repeat, know who the Gatekeepers are!

All together now: KNOW WHO THE GATEKEEPERS ARE!!!!

The quiet ones will get you every time!

Just when you think you are safe and nothing can go wrong... the gauntlet falls!

KNOW WHO has the POWER!

 HONOR it.

FEAR it! 

8. QUESTION:

Question EVERYTHING!

Smart Salespeople Listen More and Talk Less!

What am I missing?

What do you need?

What is happening with the competition?

What can the Market Bare?

What does success look like?

9. Super-POWERS!

We all have one?

What is yours?

What do people say when you enter a room?

What do people say when the door shuts behind you?

What makes you UNIQUE?

MEMORABLE? 

What will the DECISION MAKER remember about YOU, long after the presentation is over and your goods and services are evaluated.

That my friend is YOUR SECRET SAUCE! 

That is what will make you SUCCEED!
