Remember - You Must Die.

I was reading a book by Benjamin Hardy about the importance of carrying or creating positive triggers in our life.

Something that can bring us into a particular ‘state’ that’s advantageous to us.

Hardy mentioned that Tim Ferris keeps ‘The Magic Of Thinking Big’ very visible on a bookshelf he can see because of how instrumental it was for him on his journey.

Similarly - Ryan Holiday apparently wears a pendant around his neck that reads ‘Memento Mori’

What a powerful statement.

What a powerful reminder to ourselves that we MUST die.

And so given that we must - it’s then imperative that we must make the most of our time on planet Earth - because our time is fleeting.
