Remember the time a power question shifted your negative 'stuck' thinking to effective positive action? What was that question?
We're adding more power question to improve our Wanderer board game and need your help.
Power questions open our mental lens into a new way of seeing a tricky dilemma, or help to clarify a future path. Because our engaged conversations are so important and are a significant step in building sustainable wellbeing for the future of our youth in Africa, we need your input and experience to make the conversations even stronger and more useful.
Today, our 'Wanderer' game lowers Gender Bias in groups, increases mental clarity over a dilemma and builds Mental Rebounding Mastery for our changing world ... but it can still achieve more.
Our current Wanderer questions and reflective process promote Social Safety and Engagement aligned with S D Goals for Sustainable Social Well-Being, for Africa 2030. The name Wanderer holds the space for reflective conversations and is inspired by Prof Stephen Porges' 2 decades of research into calming our Polyvagal Stress Response to threats - something he states we desperately need as we come out of the global pandemic which places a paradoxical challenge on our nervous system.
The Polyvagal is the longest nerve in the body and wanders, starting from the 10th Cranial Nerve of the spine, then connected to face, heart and lungs, and gut. Porges shows how we can use this to lower our stress response to social safety and reclaim our balance in the challenging environments of post covid lockdown.

Each Wanderer game is led by a trained Host and we have added a 4th level to the 3 Polyvagal levels, to strengthen a future focused lens to the conversation. The game gives easy access the science and knowledge of social safety. We develop Deb Dana's excellent but more exclusive clinical therapy approach, into general hosted open conversations, and so making this useful knowledge and self awareness available to everyone.
Our NeuroCoaching conversational lens has a strong Future Focus, building Mindful Blending into challenging or uncertain situations. Join us in building and playing the game, and help our youth become more comfortable with the buzz they experience when confronted by unfamiliar challenges. Help us to build greater mental clarity to mobilize effective action in the world for today and sustainable well-being tomorrow.
Join us and build sustainable well-being for 2030.
