Remember Me

When Sir Lloyd Dorfman approached me to see if we might be able to assist (pro bono) with the launch and communications surrounding the launch of Remember Me - an online book of remembrance for all those in the UK who have died as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic - I didn't have to think for a second. It is an honour to support this initiative to remember the tens of thousands of lives across the UK that the coronavirus pandemic has cost, lives which must be honoured and remembered. Today, Newgate Communications is proud to deliver widespread broadcast, print and social media coverage for St Paul’s Cathedral to announce the launch of Remember Me.

The initiative is being supported by HRH The Prince of Wales who has delivered this heartfelt video message. It is also intended that there will be a physical Remember Me memorial at St Paul’s Cathedral. 

People of any faith or none are invited to contribute to Remember Me.   From today, family, friends or carers of those who have died can submit, free of charge, the name, photograph and a short message in honour of a deceased person via the Remember Me website (www.rememberme2020.uk).

We would like as many people as possible of all faiths and none, to be aware of this important initiative so that they have the opportunity to participate should they wish to. Please share and post if you can using these social media handles:
