Remember the Golden Rule
Ralph Sizer

This is addressed to all human beings including the President of the United States. Remember the " Golden Rule".
Treat others as you choose to be Treated! In all my years as a Police officer . I have never abused or disrespected anyone in my custody. Once the handcuffs are on, it's over. And if you approach or come in contact with anyone always treat them with Respect.
Modern policing is a hard and dangerous job. Protecting and serving the public. Even the bad guys, regardless of race, creed, or religion deserve proper serving and protecting. Police officers are sworn to uphold the constitutional laws of the country and commonwealth, towns and cities.
A badge and gun does not give you the right to be a street thug and law breaker for your convenience.
Or a judge and jury of a person's life or well being. Granted police officers are not perfect. You take an Oath to Serve and Protect.
Police officers are not chili dog thugs and criminals. At least you should not be.
Police officers are supposed to be above racism and discrimination. Police officers are trained and taught to be the above the ills of society. Police officers swear to an oath. An oath that may in some cases go against some of your environmental up bringing.
But, once you take that oath to serve and protect the people you serve, and to protect the constitutional rights of all people of the United States of America you become a protector of those rights.
Police officers are not supermen but damn near close. Police officers must always remember the 'Golden Rule', no matter how hard or confusing it gets out there.
To the President of the United States, remember we are All Gods Children. We must end Racism, not putting anything above our morals!!
