Starting this week, Rethink Compliance has got a new look … and we couldn’t be more excited!
Our new logo and colors are the most obvious sign of our rebrand —?but we didn’t just update our visuals. Getting here was a year-long process that started with arriving at clarity on who we are, what we do, and why we do it.
You’ll see our new look and messaging anywhere we’re out in public — our website, our LinkedIn pages, our booth at the SCCE conference next week. (Stop by #111 and say hello!)?
We believe showing up this way better reflects who we truly are: an industry leader with decades of expertise, providing compliance professionals with expert guidance and modern, effective content made to empower organizations and their people.
Since our founding in 2015, we’ve more or less stuck with the same “R” logo, which I bought on Fiverr for $5 and later had a graphic designer build into a logo package with our familiar turquoise and gray color scheme.
But in the last few years, our company has changed a lot.
We entered 2020 with a team of 10 and a newly-launched compliance training library. As we approach 2023, we’ve put 250 titles in that library and worked with more than 110 clients to deliver modern, beautifully-designed compliance materials that get results.?
As a team, we are nearly 30 people (including more than a dozen who played key roles back when another leading compliance training vendor was standing itself up.)?

Needless to say, the old look was suddenly starting to feel a bit …. Stale? Limiting? It was time for a change.
We’re excited to tell you more about the path we took to get here — especially because we learned some important lessons that we’ll share with compliance teams who want to develop their own clear, focused program branding and messaging.?

But for now we’ll say that, as we took stock, we realized a few important things that guided us in our new brand development:
There’s room to redefine what great compliance programs look like. We might be compliance veterans, but that doesn’t mean we’re complacent. We want to put our curiosity and ingenuity to work to redefine convention. More and better is still possible.
